Rexall Monogram (Carter) This is an uncommon pen, for sure. This pen has all the charcteristics of a Carter's which was part of the Rexall/Monogram production, along with a smoot Carter's nib. Hard to find pen, large sized model, has a light flaw at the lever, as seen in the pictures, otherwise, a nice example of a pretty pen.
